How we approach it
A good pergola is proportioned to the house, positioned to catch the evening breeze and block the west sun, and detailed to survive Dubai weather: marine-grade fixings, UV-stable finishes, drainage where needed. Many communities require a no-objection certificate (NOC) for fixed structures; we help with the paperwork.

Do I need approval for a pergola?
In most master communities, yes. The developer or community management reviews fixed structures. Requirements differ, so we check your community's guidelines before quoting.
Timber or aluminium?
Timber is warm and traditional but needs re-sealing. Aluminium is near-maintenance-free and can be louvred. We'll show finishes and trade-offs at the visit.
